No session feels the same but incorporates enough repetition that you're learning as you go, meaning my solo workouts are a combination of various workouts that I can pick and choose from to switch up my own routines. "I been having PT with Andy for a couple of months, the main aim being to improve leg strength in readiness for a knee replacement. The sessions have been enjoyable but challenging. Having one face to face session per week and then being able to do the same session on my own with the app has been a perfect combination for me.
Not only have my legs become sooo much stronger but my pain levels have decreased.

During my time with him my confidence has grown and I can now look at myself in the mirror and feel good about myself I have lost 46 cm from my first measurements and have dropped a Jean size. He always sets good work outs and of I am finding any difficult he always finds an alternative on the app he uses it also gives u opportunities to message him anytime if you have any questions . He always checks up on you at the end of each week to see how you have gone on and if you have anything else you would like to try.
