My aim with personal training is simple. I don’t want anyone to feel isolated, any kind of embarrassment or be at a loss in a gym environment. I want to help and support you on your journey to becoming fitter, healthier and stronger.
In a world saturated with fitness programmes, PT’s and polarising statements on social media it's hard to know where to go and who to turn to. Online programs, 121 sessions, group sessions. There is no wrong or right answer! Just different solutions, some will suit you better than others.
As someone who has struggled with their weight and body image ever since being a young child I know how important it is to feel empowered and safe in an environment that's often full of people who seem to “have it together”
It took a lot of grit and determination (and pig headedness) to start the journey to better health and self confidence. Pretty soon into my “journey” (sorry, hate that word) I had a vision or an ideal. That one day I would have my own studio where I could invite people into a safe, comfortable environment to effectively shortcut the route to their health/fitness goals, or at the very least, walk away from sessions feeling like they have achieved something.
My clients achieve so much more than self confidence, I have seen them overcome mental health issues, lose body fat, strengthen and decrease pain in parts of their body that were once affecting their quality of life and have the confidence to enter a commercial gym and get to work on a program that they feel confident progressing through on their own.
